Six Phases of the Website Design and Development Process
From gathering initial information to creating your website, a lot takes place before the big launch. While the exact process varies slightly between projects, the basics remain the same.

Phase One: Discovery / Gathering Information
The first step in designing a successful website is to gather information. Many things need to be considered when designing the look and feel of your website, so you are first asked a lot of questions to help get a clear understanding of your business and your needs in a website.
Phase Two: Planning
Using the information gathered from phase one, we first put together a plan. Here we develop a sitemap – a list of all the main topics and sub-topics for your website. This gives us a guide as to what content will be on the site and is essential to developing a consistent, easy-to-understand navigational system. This is also where we decide what technologies should be implemented – contact forms, custom post types, selected plugins, etc.
Phase Three: Design
Drawing from the information gathered to this point, we determine the look and feel of the site. Target audience is one of the key factors taken into consideration here. A site aimed at young adults, for example, will look much different than one meant for a financial institution. Branding elements such as your company logo and colors are also incorporated into the design to help strengthen your company’s identity on the website.
Phase Four: Development
We take all of the individual graphic elements from the preliminary design and use them to create the functional website. Which establishes the look and feel of your site. This includes not only the desktop view, but also the mobile responsive views, ensuring that your site is accessible to as large an audience as possible.
Phase Five: Delivery
We test things such as the complete functionality of forms or other features. We test for last-minute compatibility issues such as viewing differences between different web browsers or mobile devices. Once we receive your final approval, it is time to deliver the site. We migrate the website files to the preferred server. Here we quickly test the site again to ensure everything has been set up correctly and that the site continues to be fully functional.
Phase Six: Maintenance
Once your site is launched, that doesn’t mean that all the work is over. One way to bring repeat visitors to your site is to offer updated content on a regular basis. There are several maintenance plans available for existing clients at reduced rates, based on how often you anticipate making changes or additions to your site. Contact Us and we will keep updated.

Business Quotes

What is a quote?
A price quote, service quote, or sales quote is an agreement between a customer and a service professional to provide a service at an agreed-upon price and within a specific time-frame. The quote shows a breakdown of the individual charges that are added together to create the total cost of a job. A quote cannot change once agreed upon between the service provider and the customer unless both parties agree to the change in writing.

Embedded Social Media

Though social platforms differ in purpose, a cohesive brand personality is created across each platform by following the four C's of integration: consistency, customization, commitment, and caution. Findings offer insights into how brand managers position social media within the communications strategy and utilize different social media platforms to understand and address individual customer needs.

Live Chats

Live chats have become a popular form of communication, connecting people all over the globe. We believe that one of the simplest approaches for providing topic information to users joining a chat is keywords. We find that using structural information and predicted dialogue acts performs well, and that conventional methods do not work well over live chats.
